Refund Policy

01 General

• Except as otherwise required by applicable law or explicitly stated at the time of purchase, all sales are final.
• Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

02 Refundable Situations

You may request a refund under the following circumstances:

• Within the refund period specified by the payment provider (for lifetime licenses, within 7 days of purchase).
• Software is confirmed to have a technical defect that prevents normal use.
• Accidental duplicate purchase of the same product.

Proof of purchase may be required.

03 Non-Refundable Situations

• Change of mind or no longer needing the product after purchase.
• Violation of the Terms of Use.
• Abuse of the refund mechanism.

04 Subscription License Refunds

• Charges for already completed billing cycles are generally non-refundable.
• You may cancel future auto-renewals at any time.
• Service access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

05 Lifetime License Refunds

• Lifetime licenses can only be refunded within the payment platform's refund period, except where required by law.
• Refunds cannot be issued after this period.

06 Refunds and License Revocation

• The corresponding software license will immediately become invalid.
• You may no longer use the software.
• We reserve the right to remotely disable the license. Such remote deactivation will only occur in connection with refunded, reversed, or invalidated transactions.

07 Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting support first may result in immediate license termination and restrictions on your account.

Any such restriction will be limited to what is reasonably necessary to prevent abuse or fraud.

08 Legal Compliance

• This Refund Policy is governed by applicable consumer protection laws.
• Where local laws provide mandatory consumer refund rights, such rights take precedence.

09 Policy Updates

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
